ORBIT calls clients for you

Ask ORBIT to call one client or a whole list with a clear goal, and get the results back in the conversation.

What you will do

Hand ORBIT the calls you don't have time for, and read the outcome of each one.

Before you start

  • A paid plan, your Tanero number and enough call minutes.

Steps

  1. Ask for the call

Tell ORBIT who to call and why: “Call Sarah Chen and confirm Saturday's 11:00 showing.” ORBIT calls people in your CRM. For a new number, ORBIT adds the person first.

  2. Call a list

ORBIT can call up to 100 clients in one request: “Call everyone in VIP buyers about the new listing on Maple Crescent.” Calls in a list are paced, at least 5 minutes apart.

  3. What ORBIT does on the call

ORBIT introduces itself as your assistant from your office, uses what your CRM knows about the client, and can book appointments. If the client asks for you, ORBIT can put them through to your verified mobile.

  4. Get the results

When a call ends, ORBIT reports back in the same conversation. You also get an Action Center post, a notification, and the call in Call history with its summary, transcript and recording.

Tips

  • ORBIT never calls anyone marked do not contact or on your do-not-call list.
  • Calls use your call minutes. See Settings, plan and billing.

Questions

Does ORBIT leave a voicemail?

No. ORBIT does not leave voicemail messages, even when Leave voicemail when the recipient does not answer is ticked in AI calling. If a machine answers, the call is marked that way in Call history.

Why did ORBIT not make a call?

Calling needs a paid plan, your Tanero number and enough call minutes. ORBIT also skips records without a phone number and people marked do not contact.
