How it works

Step 1

Get your link

Once your account is approved, your portal gives you one personal link to share.

Step 2

Realtors sign up

A visit through your link is remembered for 30 days, so a realtor can look around first and sign up later.

Step 3

Earn on real payments

A commission is recorded only when a referred realtor actually pays, at the rate agreed with you.

What your portal shows

  • Signups and customersEach realtor who signed up through your link, their plan, and whether they are a paying customer.
  • Earned, due and paidEvery commission entry with its date, what is still due to you, and what has already been paid out.
  • Refunds, shown plainlyIf a payment is refunded, the matching commission is reversed as its own line, so the numbers always add up.
  • Your termsThe commission rate and type agreed for your account, shown in the portal.

Payouts

Due commissions are paid out by Tanero, and each payout appears in your portal with its date. Accounts are created by Tanero after approval; there is no open sign-up for marketers.
