What is ORBIT?

ORBIT is your AI partner inside Tanero. It connects to your apps from one place and does the work you ask for: it makes calls, sends texts and emails, posts on your social media, creates documents, books appointments and keeps your CRM up to date. You talk to it in the Tanero dashboard or on WhatsApp.

What is my Tanero number, and which languages can ORBIT speak on calls?

Your Tanero number is the business phone number ORBIT works from. ORBIT answers calls to it, or answers after your own phone rings first if you prefer, and it can call leads and clients for you. On calls ORBIT speaks 100+ languages. It qualifies the caller, books the appointment, and puts the caller through to you when they ask for you.

Can I use ORBIT on WhatsApp?

Yes. Connect your WhatsApp and message ORBIT the way you would message a person, by text or with a voice note. ORBIT answers in the same chat, and it can reply with a voice note too.

What does ORBIT do over SMS?

ORBIT texts your leads and clients and qualifies them one question at a time: buying, selling or renting, area, budget, bedrooms and bathrooms, and timing. The answers are saved to the lead in your CRM.

Does email go out from my own address?

Yes. You connect your Gmail or Outlook account. ORBIT reads new client email, keeps each conversation with the right client, and writes and sends replies and follow-ups from your own address. You can disconnect the account at any time.

What is in the CRM, and are my calls recorded?

Every realtor gets their own CRM with leads, clients and deals, contacts, notes, tasks, a pipeline and commissions. ORBIT fills it in as it works. Every call is saved with its recording and a written summary on the client’s timeline.

Do I get a website?

Yes. Tanero gives you a website with your listings and a page for each property that you can share as a link. Inquiries from your pages go to ORBIT and into your CRM.

What stays in my control?

You choose which apps ORBIT connects to and can disconnect any of them. You decide who answers your calls first, set your working hours and booking rules, and see everything ORBIT and your AI Employees do in your Feeds. In Approval mode, anything going out waits for your OK in the Action Center. You can step into any conversation at any time.

What are AI Employees?

A team ORBIT leads. Each AI Employee owns one job, such as follow-ups, your calendar, new leads or market research, and works on it by itself. You hire them in plain words and talk to them like colleagues. What they do shows up in your Feeds, credited to them, and anything they send waits for your OK. Pro includes three AI Employees, and Ultra five.
