Clear before you start.
Do you promise a number of leads?
No. Tanero captures and follows up the leads your own channels bring in: your website and forms, visitor chat, property pages, booking requests, email, SMS and calls.
Can ORBIT contact clients without my OK?
Only if you choose Auto mode. In Approval mode, the default, every outgoing message and call waits for your OK in the Action Center.
What happens when my AI tokens run out?
ORBIT and automations pause until your monthly AI tokens renew. Where your plan lists a pay-as-you-go price, you can instead turn it on and continue; extra usage is charged to your card in CA$20 steps. Your CRM, website, forms, Feeds and your own calls, texts and emails keep working, and nothing is deleted.
What if I need more minutes, texts or emails?
Extra call minutes are prepaid packages added after payment. Extra SMS, email and SEO updates are charged only with your consent, at the listed price, in CA$20 steps; otherwise they stop at the included amount.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Your data is erased 30 days after cancellation.
