Groups of clients
Put people into groups such as VIP buyers, then work with the whole group in one request.
What you will do
Organise people into audiences you can call, text or follow up with in one go.
Steps
Create a group
Ask ORBIT: “Create a group called VIP buyers.” A group has a name, an optional description and a colour (black, gray, blue, green, red, pink, orange, amber, yellow, cyan, teal, violet or purple). If a group with that name exists, ORBIT uses it.
Add or remove people
“Add Sarah Chen and the Patels to VIP buyers.” “Remove Omar Haddad from VIP buyers.” ORBIT adds many people in one request.
See who is in a group
Each lead and deal shows its groups in the Groups section of the side panel and in the Groups column of the lists, where you can filter by group. Ask ORBIT “Who is in VIP buyers?” for the full list.
Work with a whole group
Use a group in a request: “Call everyone in VIP buyers about the price change on Maple Crescent.” “Text my first-time buyers about Saturday's open house.”
Rename or delete a group
“Rename VIP buyers to Priority buyers.” Renaming keeps every member. “Delete the group Spring open house.” Deleting a group keeps the people; they only leave the group.
Tips
- Groups never change anyone's pipeline stage.
- The Dialer has its own Saved groups of phone numbers. Those are separate from client groups.
Questions
Is there a screen to manage groups?
You manage groups by asking ORBIT. Each record shows its groups, and you can filter your lists by group.
