Scheduled jobs
Have ORBIT do something on a schedule: a morning briefing, a weekly review, a client follow-up or a custom reminder.
What you will do
Put routine work on autopilot, at the times you choose.
Steps
Open Scheduled
Press Scheduled in the sidebar. Times use your timezone.
Create a job
Press New job. Start from a blueprint (Morning briefing, Important-mail monitor, Weekly review, Workday reminder, Price & availability watch, Topic news digest, Client follow-up or Custom reminder) or describe any task in your own words.
Fill it in
Give it a Name, say What should ORBIT do?, choose When should it run? (Once, Daily, Weekdays, Weekly, Monthly or Custom) and Where should ORBIT send the result? (Keep in Tanero). Press Create job.
Or ask ORBIT
Press Ask ORBIT to schedule anything, or just say it in any conversation: “Every weekday at 8:00, brief me on today's appointments and new leads.”
Manage a job
Click a job to see its schedule, next and last run, what ORBIT does and its Run history. Use Pause or Resume, Run now, or the trash icon to delete it.
Deleting a job removes only the job. Client and business history stay unchanged.
Tips
- Start with Morning briefing: one message each morning with what needs you today.
