Your blog and testimonials

Write articles for your website yourself or with ORBIT, publish them when you are ready, and show what your clients say.

What you will do

Keep your website fresh with your own articles and real client words.

Steps

  1. Open Blog

    Open Real estate → More… and, under Website & presence, open Blog. It lists your posts, newest change first, each marked Draft or Published.

  2. Write a post

    Press New post, give it a title and write the text. A blank line starts a new paragraph. Start a line with ## for a subheading, or with - for a list item. A summary and a cover image are optional.

    Choose Draft to keep it to yourself, or Published to put it on your website at once, then press Save draft or Save and publish. After publishing, Open the post on your website opens it.

  3. Or ask ORBIT

    “Write a blog post about spring prices in Oakville.” ORBIT writes it in your voice and saves it as a draft for you to read. Say “Publish it” when it is ready; ORBIT gives you the link. ORBIT never publishes a post you did not ask for.

  4. Edit or delete a post

    Press Edit on a post to change it; its link stays the same. To take a post off your website but keep it, set it to Draft and save. Delete removes it for good after you confirm.

  5. Add testimonials

    Open Site Pages, then Testimonials, press Add testimonial and type what the client said and their name (an area or role is optional). Press Save details, and the testimonials appear on your home page. With none, the section stays hidden.

You can also just ask. For example:

  • “Write a blog post about first-time buyer tips.”
  • “Publish my post about spring prices.”
  • “Add a testimonial from Ana R.: “Clear advice all the way.””

Tips

  • Your website shows a Blog link in its menu as soon as one post is published.

Questions

Can visitors see my drafts?

No. Only published posts are on your website. Drafts stay in Blog until you publish them.

Does ORBIT change my words?

No. Text you type goes on your website exactly as you wrote it. ORBIT only writes a post when you ask for one.
